Order Processing

 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates :-

• Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
• You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s Website.

Delivery Issues

• Lost or Damaged Packages: GSS Global , is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Shipping Cost

• Customers are responsible for the Shipping Costs associated with returning an item for exchange. Any Shipping Cost incurred for exchanges or returns are to be borne by the customer .
