Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return:

Log in to your account on our website or use the link in your order confirmation email to request a return.

Upon accepting your return request, well provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective.

The item is damaged.

You received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be:

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, well notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

For Shopify orders, customers will receive refund updates directly in their account.
